We are a looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.  As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play an integral part of our sales team and company. This is a quota-carrying position measured by revenue attainment. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing deals with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and capture leads, primarily by phone, internet, and social media; aid in the pipeline development
  • Have the capability and experience to make 100 to 150 prospecting calls per day and use prospecting tools to find new contacts and new organizations in targeted verticals
  • Build rapport with prospects and new customers and move the sales process forward through phone and online contacts, and campaigns
  • Know the Centriam product set inside and out and be able to directly tie customer challenges to Centriam product solutions
  • Lead prospects through a challenger sales approach that delivers value through constructive tensions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, creative, technical, and entrepreneurial team environment
  • Close sales opportunities via phone
  • Work with a variety of sales cycle lengths ranging in months

Experience & Skills:

  • Commitment to win and intellectual curiosity: you possess a consistent drive to achieve your personal and professional goals, and you have a strong desire to learn and ask thoughtful questions
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of sales career progression, including experience leading a solutions-based sales process
  • Established track record in quota-carrying software sales with over-achieving quota in past positions (top 10-20% of company)
  • Track record of being a closer and ability to convert free user base into paid install base
  • Strong aptitude for customer experience, customer analytics, and data technology knowledge
  • Skills in Hubspot Sales and CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G Suite products
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; you are an excellent listener and know how to ask effective follow-up questions
  • Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related degree
