As a Sales Development Representative, you will use your intellect, curiosity, and personal skills to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and identify business challenges our technology can solve. You will use your genuine interest in solving problems and connecting with people to intrigue executives with our ability to provide them with insights that will improve their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and capture leads — primarily by phone, internet, and email — to successfully generate interest to engage with our team
  • Communicate the value of Centriam and ensure all prospects and customers are aware of what makes us different than other customer experience providers
  • Understand our solutions and how they map to our prospect’s financial goals
  • Build rapport with prospects and new customers and move the sales process forward through phone contact, campaigns, and internet contact 
  • Create a steady flow of outbound sales communications (email, calls) to the right contacts at the right companies

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in B2B prospecting and lead qualification process
  • Demonstrated independent self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed in sales
  • Demonstrated ability in CRM usage and documentation of sales calls/interactions
  • Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls and send 100 emails per day
  • Must be comfortable speaking to director, VP, and C-suite level executives 
  • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Experience using sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a strong plus
  • Experience in business development, inside sales, or similar position is a strong plus
