We are a looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our growing team.  As a Business Development Consultant, you will play an integral part of our sales team by prospecting for new leads, qualifying prospects and then nurturing and helping to advance them through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and capture leads, primarily by phone, internet, and email, to successfully create appointments
  • Communicate the value of Centriam and ensure all prospects and customers are aware of it
  • Understand our solutions and how that maps to our prospects and customers targets and needs
  • Build rapport with prospects and new customers and moving the sales process forward through phone contact, campaigns, and internet contact
  • Create a steady flow of outbound sales communications (email, calls)

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in B2B prospecting and lead qualification process
  • Demonstrated independent self-starter with strong work ethics and desire to succeed in a sales role
  • Demonstrated ability in CRM usage and documentation of sales calls/interactions
  • Experience using sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a strong plus
  • Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls and send 100 emails per day
  • Must be comfortable speaking to director, VP, and C-suite level executives
  • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in business development, inside sales, or similar position is a strong plus
