  • Are there any restrictions on the free trial?

    The free trial allows access to the full featured Professional plan for 30 days. The only restriction is that you can collect feedback from up to 500 people during your trial. This way, you can test out all of Centriam’s functionality while also collecting a meaningful amount of feedback!

  • How does pricing work?

    We offer two fixed price plans, Standard and Professional, plus an Enterprise plan. Each plan is priced based on a combination of monthly feedback volume, number of users, and features available. If you don’t see a plan that fits your needs, our sales team can help design a plan that’s right for you!

  • How do I convert from free trial to a paid plan?

    You can convert your free trial into a paid plan directly in Centriam at any time during the trial period by visiting the Organization Profile page and selecting one of the paid plans. If you have specific needs or questions, our customer support team can provide more information to ensure you select the right plan for your organization.

  • Are credit cards required for payment?

    Credit cards are required for monthly payments only. If you select annual billing to take advantage of the discounted rate, we will send you an invoice with Net 30 payment terms.

  • How are monthly feedback limits determined?

    Limits are set on surveys sent (total combined number of email and SMS survey invitations sent out per month). There is no limit on number of responses collected via outbound calling.

  • What happens to my data if I don't subscribe to a paid plan?

    We will retain your data for 30 days after the end of your trial period, after which all data will be permanently deleted from our systems. You can export your feedback response data any time during the trial by going to the Reporting area for each campaign.
